Summer hours in July/August, Mon – Thurs. 7:45AM – 9AM.
Overflow Session Hours Available
June overflow: If 2:45PM-4PM slot fills, an overflow session will be available – Times: 3:45PM – 5:00PM.
July/August overflow: If 7:45AM-9AM slot fills, an overflow session will be available – Times: 8:45AM – 10AM.
Mon & Wed: strength work
