Starting March 2, Mon – Thurs. 2:45PM – 4PM: 15 slots are available across Middle School, High School, and College Athletes

Overflow: If 2:45PM-4PM slot fills, an overflow session will be available
Times: 3:45PM – 5:00PM.

Mon & Wed: strength work
Tues & Thur: conditioning and plyo’s
